Program Overview
The program covers the stages of building a venture, from studying the idea and analyzing the market, through building a business model and initial financial planning, to launch and growth strategies and attracting funding. It also covers managing entrepreneurial risk.
Training relies on case studies of real startups and workshops to build an applied business model, plus a final project where the participant presents a complete business plan for their venture idea. Participants leave with a ready-to-develop business plan and practical tools for managing their venture.
