The program covers the full training lifecycle, from needs analysis to content design, delivery, and impact evaluation, plus how to manage the training room and engage diverse trainees. It also presents a variety of interactive training tools.
Training relies on intensive practical exercises and actual delivery of training sessions in front of peers with constructive feedback, plus an applied project where the participant designs a complete training package. Participants leave with a certificate of completion from Bassam Academy and practical ability to deliver professional training.
