The diploma covers healthcare management fundamentals, from operational planning and medical HR management to quality, patient safety, and the financial dimensions of healthcare facilities. It also covers methods for measuring and improving health service performance.
Training combines applied lectures and case studies from diverse healthcare facilities, workshops analyzing real administrative challenges, and a capstone project where the participant proposes an operational improvement plan for a department or facility. Graduates leave able to take on management responsibilities in the health sector.
