Professional Training of Trainers Program (TOT)

A successful trainer does more than hold knowledge; they design learning experiences that genuinely change performance. The program covers the full training cycle, from needs analysis to impact evaluation.

Each participant delivers short training sessions to peers that are recorded and given detailed feedback, and builds a complete training package including a trainer guide, participant workbook, presentation and assessment tools, along with virtual training skills on digital platforms.
