Program Overview
The diploma covers the entrepreneurial dimensions of a training business, from defining a specialization and building a value proposition to pricing and marketing training services, plus the operational and contractual aspects of running an independent training practice. It also covers building long-term relationships with client organizations.
Training combines applied workshops building a business plan for a training venture, case studies of successful independent trainers, and a capstone project where the participant prepares a complete business plan for their own training venture. Graduates leave with a ready plan to launch an independent training practice.
