Program Overview
This flagship diploma combines professional trainer development, from advanced instructional design to facilitation and impact evaluation, with training entrepreneurship, from building a commercial offer to managing organizational relationships, in one integrated track. It also covers the professional ethics and quality standards Bassam Academy applies across its programs.
Training relies on an intensive mix of applied workshops and repeated live delivery before assessment panels, graduated applied projects covering both the professional and entrepreneurial dimensions, and a comprehensive capstone project assessed against the Academy's full standards. Those who meet the diploma's requirements receive a comprehensive certificate of completion from Bassam Academy, qualifying them to work as professional trainers and manage their own training business.
