Program Overview
The diploma covers the complete path to becoming a professional trainer under Bassam Academy's methodology, from needs analysis and training-package design to advanced facilitation and impact evaluation, plus the performance standards and professional ethics the Academy sets for its trainers. It also covers building a professional personal brand as a trainer.
Training combines intensive workshops with repeated live delivery in front of an internal assessment panel, applied projects of increasing difficulty, and a comprehensive capstone project assessed against the Academy's adopted standards. Those who meet the requirements receive the Bassam Academy Certified Trainer credential.
